2015年9月25日，百年张公堤上，第十届中国（武汉）国际园林博览会开幕，亚洲单体最大城市生活垃圾场——金口垃圾场经生态修复，涅槃变身绿色部落。国际与乡愁，历史与现代，生态与城市，园林与生活，浓缩呈现。
On September 25th 2015, Century-old Zhang Gong Embankment witnessed the opening ceremony of the 10th China (Wuhan) International Garden Exposition. After ecological remediation, Asia’s single largest municipal solid waste landfill—Jinkou waste yard has been changed into a green tribe, which completely represented international elements and homesickness, history and modernity, ecology and city, landscape and life.

该项目获2015年度低碳中国行低碳案例奖、2016年中国人居环境范例奖；入选2012—2015中国人权事业发展案例；助推武汉市获得第21届联合国气候大会“C40城市气候领袖群城市奖”。武汉园博园建设团队荣获2015年感动江城“大城工匠”团队。
The project has received the following awards: 2015 China Low-carbon Case Award; 2016 China Habitat Environment Award; being selected among China's Human Rights Development Cases from 2012 to 2015; helping Wuhan win the ‘C40 Urban Climate Leaders Group City Award ‘of 21th United Nations Climate Conference. The construction team of the 10th China (Wuhan) International EXPO won the 2015 Wuhan ‘big city craftsmen ‘award .
