根据2009年8月国务院批准的《横琴总体发展规划》,新区定位为“一国两制”下探索粤港澳合作新模式的示范区、深化改革开放和科技创新的先行区、促进珠江口西岸地区产业升级的新平台。自2010年开始,开始重点项目及配套的建设,本项目主要为该范围内主干道路网及配套设施,总长约188.8km,包括主、次干道路、桥梁、高边坡、隧道及城市地下综合管廊工程等,总投资约150亿。中冶集团武汉勘察研究院有限公司承担本项目岩土工程勘察、测绘、岩土监测与检测、试验研究等工作。
该项目具有规模大、工期紧、场地地形地貌复杂、地质条件差等特点,为业主提供了复杂地质条件各工程设计与施工所需要准确的地质资料,解决了深厚欠固结淤泥采用不同插板处理深度、淤泥层排水固结参量 值选取、快速固结试验对本区域的适应性、综合管廊建设适宜性等技术难题,作为横琴新区第一个大型岩土工程一体化项目,为岛内后续项目的建设提供了有意义的指导作用。
项目实施过程中进行了一系列科技研发工作,“一种用于特殊区域的勘探平台系统”已获得发明专利授权,研究成果“欠固结淤泥路基处理技术的试验研究与应用”达到国际先进水平,并荣获“中冶集团科学科技进步奖二等奖”。该项目荣获“全国冶金行业优秀工程勘察一等奖”及“湖北省勘察设计行业优秀工程勘察一等奖”。
According to the state council formally approved "the implementation of the hengqin's overall development plan" in August 2009, city function identified as "one country, two systems", Hong Kong and Macao to explore new cooperation pattern of demonstration area, deepen the reform and opening up and the first area of the scientific and technological innovation, promote industrial upgrading in the west bank of pearl river mouth region of the new platform. Since 2010,Henqin New Area began the construction of key projects and supporting, within the scope of this project is mainly to the main road network and supporting facilities, the total length of about 188.8 km, including Main and minor trunk roads, Bridges, High slope, Tunnel,and Urban engineering tunnel etc, with a total investment of about 15 billion.Wuhan Surveying & Geotechnical Research Institute Co., Ltd. Of MCC Group undertook geotechnical engineering investigation, surveying and mapping, geotechnical monitoring ,testing and the study of this project.
The project is characterized by large scale, tight working period, complex terrain and geomorphology, and poor geological conditions. Providing the complex geological data of design and constructiont , and solving the deep owe consolidated silt with different board processing depth, the parameter value was selected for the drainage consolidation parameter of the silt,the rapid consolidation test is a technical challenge for the adaptability of the region, and the suitability of urban engineering tunnel and other technical problems. As the first large-scale geotechnical engineering integration project in Hengqin New Area, it provides a meaningful guidance for the construction of the island's follow-up projects.
During the implementation of the project, a series of scientific and technological research and development work was carried out. "An exploration platform system for special areas" has been granted patent for invention. Technological Achievements "experimental study and application of treatment technology of less consolidated silt subgrade" reached the international advanced level and won "the two prize of science and technology progress of MCC". The project won "the first prize of the national metallurgical industry excellent engineering survey" and "the first prize of excellent engineering survey of Hubei survey and design industry".

孙海:项目主要技术负责人、试验检测负责人、高级工程师,中冶集团武汉勘察研究院有限公司上海公司党总支书记。
曾在上海、广东、江西、湖北、海南等多个地区担任不同类型勘察项目的技术负责人,尤其对沿海软土地区勘察经验丰富,其负责的多项勘察成果获得省部级一、二等奖。
作为本项目勘察主要负责人,全程参与项目勘察、土工试验及地勘技术报告编制工作;密切与施工技术人员的技术交流,参与组织科技攻关,攻克在施工工艺中遇到的难题;进行软基加固前后土体性质变化的对比分析,总结珠海横琴深厚欠固结软土的特性,为设计提供可靠的地质参数。
