一个以设计为龙头的海外总承包成功案例。工程采用了世界著名的动力系统公司-芬兰瓦锡兰公司提供的12台20V32重油发电机组，总出力为100MW；湖北工程公司设计院在本工程中凭借自身技术优势，进行了多项设计方案优化，节省了工程造价，减少了电厂运行维护工程量，有利于项目获得的长期、稳定的经济收益。该项目的投产发电为优化当地电源结构、减轻孟加拉电网负荷压力、增强电网稳定性，推动地方经济发展发挥了巨大的作用。

This project is a successful example of case as an overseas EPC project, which is design-led. The project is equipped with 12 heavy oil generating units produced by the world famous power system company - Wartsila Corporation, whose total capacity is 100MW.Power China Hubei Electric Engineering Corporation ，relying on its own technical advantage, made multiple optimization of the design, which could save the costs and reduce the quantity of operation and maintenance, thus leading to long-term stable economic benefits. The project being put into production contributes a lot to optimizing local power structure, reducing the load of the Bengal power grid, and enhancing the stability of the power grid.
