重庆市悦来水厂是重庆市规模最大、技术最先进的自来水厂，规划总规模150万m3/d，已建成40万m3/d。悦来水厂服务于重庆市两江新区三北地区（江北区、渝北区及北部新区），二期工程内容包含取水、净水及清水输配水工程扩建。

Yuelai Waterworks is the largest and most advanced water plant in Chongqing, with a total planned size of 1.5 million m3/d, which has been built 400 thousand m3/d. Yuelai Waterworks services in Liangjiang New Area of Chongqing (Jiangbei District, Yubei District and Northern New District), and the second phase of the project includes water intake, water purification and water supply and water distribution project expansion.

水厂常规净水处理工艺为沉砂+絮凝沉淀+过滤+消毒，深度处理工艺为O3-BAC，其中沉淀池、砂滤池及深度处理采用得利满公司目前最先进的Densadeg高密度沉淀池、Aquazur V型滤池及臭氧接触池、活性炭滤池。
The conventional water treatment process is sand + flocculation sedimentation + filtration + disinfection, and the deep treatment process is O3-BAC. The sedimentation tank, sand filter and deep treatment employ the most advanced Densadeg high density sedimentation tank, Aquazur V-type filter and ozonation contact reactor, activated carbon filter provided by Degremont Company.

悦来水厂供水区域面积为208.6km2，供水地面标高为200～510m，地形高差达到310m，二期供水系统分为二级供水区（由水厂送水泵房加压）、三级供水区（由新建鹿山加压站加压）、四级供水区（由新建新城加压站加压）。
The water supply area of the plant is 208.6 km2, the surface elevation is 200~510 meters, the terrain height difference reaches 310 meters. The water supply system (second phase) is divided into three grades: the second grade water supply areas (pressurized by water supply pump room), the third grade water supply areas (pressurized by the newly-built Lushan pressure station), and the fourth water supply areas (pressurized by the newly-built Xincheng pressure station).

重庆市水质检测中心对悦来水厂出厂水样的检测结果表明，出厂水质全面达到并优于GB5749-2006《生活饮用水卫生标准》106项指标要求。本工程的顺利投产运行，为重庆市两江新区的经济发展奠定了坚实的基础，为提高人民饮用水的标准及提升生活水平发挥了重要作用。
The results given by Chongqing Water Quality Testing Center show that the factory water quality precedes the 106 requirements of GB5749-2006 sanitary standard for drinking water. The successful operation of the project has laid a solid foundation for the economic development of Liangjiang New Area of Chongqing, and has played an important role in improving the standard of drinking water and improving the living standard of the people.
