近日,武汉马哥孛罗酒店任命彭志强先生为酒店行政总厨。

彭志强先生拥有20多年的烹饪和厨房管理经验,在此之前,曾先后服务于深圳洲际酒店、台北威斯汀酒店、高雄皇冠假日酒店等。致力于为顾客带来烹饪的创造力和满足感。

加入武汉马哥孛罗酒店后,彭志强先生将全面负责酒店餐饮厨房的运营及管理。凭借丰富的经验及研发精神,彭志强先生将会把武汉马哥孛罗酒店的烹饪团队带到一个新的高度,也为顾客带来更多缤纷美食体验。

 

New Executive Chef, Marco Polo Wuhan

Recently, Marco Polo Wuhan appointed Mr. Roger Peng as Executive Chef.

Roger has gained more than 20 years of experience in cuisine and kitchen management in various hotels including Intercontinental Hotel Shenzhen, The Westin Taipei, Crowne Plaza Kaoshiung and Guangzhou etc.. He aimed at being a Chef who can bring culinary creativity and satisfaction to his customers.

Roger will be overseeing and leading all restaurants and banqueting kitchen operations with attention to detail, organizational skills, a strong hand on cost control and HACCP regulations. Armed with extensive experience, he is certain to take the Marco Polo Wuhan culinary team to new heights and bring guests with an extraordinary gourmet journey.
