In April 2018, the Chinabond E-Learning System (the “System”) is officially launched. It is an internet-based English online training platform developed by China Central Depository & Clearing Co., Ltd. (CCDC) to facilitate RMB internationalization and the opening-up of China’s bond market, and to satisfy the training needs of overseas customers. The website of the System is elearning.chinabond.com.cn (IE 8.0 or later versions, or the latest versions of Chrome or Firefox are recommended).
We have planned and produced over 10 English courses, covering introduction of China’s bond market, CCDC business overview, services in bond account and settlement, interest payment & principal redemption, cash settlement, Chinabond pricing products, collateral management, and operational guide for the English Client Terminal of our operation platform. The System also owns rich interactive functions and contents such as Q&A, Knowledge Center and My Survey. It is not only the most convenient window for overseas customers to learn about China’s bond market, but also the best way to understand our bond depository and settlement services. After its launch, learners from our overseas customers may register for the system and study online. We will also organize online exams in the system on a regular basis, and those who pass the exams will be awarded English certificates.
In the future, as a core financial market infrastructure, we will continue to improve our internationalized service capability, upgrade the System’s functions and contents constantly, and hold more training programs targeting overseas institutional investors to provide quality, convenient and efficient services for overseas customers.
