EY Released its Global Information Security Survey

《安永第20届全球信息安全调查报告(GISS):重铸网络安全,直面网络攻击》近日正式发布。

EY has officially released its 20th Global Information Security Survey (GISS): Cybersecurity regained: preparing to face cyber attacks.

该报告是安永持续第20年发布的全球信息安全调查报告,旨在探索当今企业所面对的最重要网络安全议题。

For the 20th consecutive year, the annual survey examines the most important cybersecurity issues facing organizations today.

调查结果显示,企业之间的联系变得空前紧密,这种联结性使得企业面临遭受网络攻击的极高风险。

The report shows that: organizations are increasingly hyper-connected and this connectivity has exposed them to a high risk of cyber attacks.

安永调查表明,大部分企业均在不断增加网络安全方面的支出,超过90%的受访者表示他们预计今年会在这方面有更高的预算,高于去年的55%。

Findings reveal that most organizations continue to increase their spending on cybersecurity. With more than 90% respondents say that they expect to have a higher budget this year, higher than last year's 55%.

网络威胁的日益增加要求企业给出更为积极的响应,87%的受访企业表示需要超过50%的预算上浮,但仅有12%的企业预计实际涨幅将超过25%。

Mounting threat levels require a more robust response and 87% of the surveyed organizations said that they require up to 50% more budget.

However, only 12% expect to receive an increase of more than 25%. All of the respondents in China have maintained or increased their budgets over the past 12 months and over the next 12 months, while 4% of the global respondents choose to decrease their budgets on cybersecurity.

安永表示,将信息安全影响充分纳入当前战略,并在其风险地图中对相关网络威胁、漏洞和风险加以考虑和监控是十分具有前瞻意识的表现,并且也将是未来企业风险管理的新趋势。

EY says that it is a kind of very forward-looking behavior to consider the information security implications of their current strategy, and that their risk landscape incorporates and monitors relevant cyber threats, vulnerabilities and risks. This will be the new trend of enterprise risk management in the future.

eBay与中国物品编码中心达成战略合作

eBay and GS1 China announce a strategic partnership

eBay与中国物品编码中心(GS1 China)日前在深圳签署了战略合作协议,旨在全面提高商品条码(GTIN)在eBay卖家中的覆盖率。

eBay announced the signing of a strategic partnership with GS1 China, which will see GS1’s Global Trade Item Number (GTIN) standard promoted among eBay sellers in China.

通过此次合作,将有越来越多的品牌卖家在eBay平台上销售的商品将拥有全球统一的商品条码。商品条码将为海外买家快速精准地搜索提供便利,提升商品曝光度,并为卖家建立品牌诚信度。

Use of GS1’s GTIN standard, which sees each product assigned a barcode, will improve product traceability for the sellers, driving exposure and credibility among overseas buyers.

商品条码是商品最基础的标识,其重要性和独特性相当于商品的“身份证”。它可以在运营各环节为卖家提供数据,让管理更加有据可依,提高运营效率。

GS1’s system assigns an individual code to each product which then allows the product to be identified at any point during the purchasing and shipping process.

通过此次合作,越来越多的品牌卖家在eBay平台上销售的商品将拥有全球统一的商品条码,买家可以通过扫描商品条码,获取产品名称、品牌名称、产品分类和上市时间等信息,为商品提供更强的可追溯性,无论商品销往何处,都能有据可查,有源可循。

As it becomes more widely adopted, buyers around the world will be able to search through over 1 billion items offered by eBay sellers, and be able to easily obtain information about the products such as classification, brand, and when it was launched, thereby enhancing traceability of goods and promoting transparency in the marketplace.

除此之外,商品条码还能够用于卖家商品管理,提升商品在物流、仓储、运营各环节的效率,促进电商物流智能化。

For sellers, the standardized barcode system will streamline inventory management, operations, and logistics.

The Chinese manufacturing industry will progressively evolve towards developing global brands. eBay’s new partnership with GS1 China will aim to promote the implementation of standardized product barcodes among sellers, thus increasing access to high quality inventory by eBay buyers from around the world.

星展银行完成亚洲首单奥莱商业地产投资信托发行

DBS Does 1st Outlet Estate Investment Trust IPO in Asia

“砂之船房地产投资信托”(砂之船REIT)日前在新加坡交易所主板挂牌上市,星展银行是本次REIT发行的独家财务顾问、发行管理人,并牵头该笔REIT项下境内外银团贷款。

Sasseur Real Estate Investment Trust (Sasseur REIT) was successfully listed on the main board of the Singapore Exchange (SGX). DBS Bank serves as the sole financial advisor and issue manager for the Sasseur REIT IPO and lead arranged syndicated loans to support the transaction.

砂之船REIT总估值约合73亿元人民币,是亚洲首单奥莱行业商业地产信托上市,是“中新(重庆)互联互通战略示范项目”下首次REIT发行,同时也是来自中国内陆地区的第一个房地产投资信托海外IPO。

With a valuation at around RMB 7.3 billion, Sasseur REIT is the 1st outlet mall real estate investment trust that has gone for an IPO. It is the 1st REIT under Chongqing Connectivity Initiative and the 1st REIT from inland China for an international IPO.

Airbnb continues to invest in the China travel market

Airbnb is announcing a series of initiatives that are designed to bring transformative benefits of local, personal and authentic travel to every type of traveler in China.

3月29日,爱彼迎在中国全面推出“爱彼迎Plus”,位于上海的近100个“爱彼迎Plus”房源已经面向国内外旅行者开放预订,之后将逐步覆盖全国更多城市。

Airbnb is launching Airbnb Plus in Shanghai on March 29.There are around 100 Airbnb Plus homes already available for booking in Shanghai for international and domestic travelers, with more Chinese cities to follow later this year.
